A couple of questions regarding pay as you go 10% cashback on top ups every three months:

First, when does the o2 rewards balance update to reflect the reality of most recent top ups?

I'm presuming it is not the same day as the latest top up?

Second of all, can you put your rewards money towards a pay as you go iphone 11?

On the o2 priority app the phones available to put your rewards balance towards have not updated in about 10 years; they are still a Samsung A3 and a Microsoft Lumia which has not been in production for many years. Just checking that I don't end up saving my balance to find that I can't spend it on anything produced post-2015.

Thank you.

@nokTA

It should update at the end of your month and it would be impossible to buy any of those phones as O2 don't sell them anymore.

Rewards can go towards any device.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
