Solved: WhaysApp roaming in Europe

Roaming in Europe.
I tried to make a call from Italy to Canada and the connection failed.
WhatsApp states it can't make the call because my network does not allow WhatsApp calls.
I can text and send photos and files, but cannot make a voice or video call.
I'm roaming with O2, have data and have 4G(R) network.

Can anyone advise.

The issue is with the network you are roaming on.

Try manually searching for a different network.
