Hi there,

recently dropped my old phone down the toilet and ruined it. Bought a new phone and ordered a SIM card with a my old number but I can’t get into my iCloud as it’s trying to send a verification code to my old phone. I set up a new iCloud in the mean time to get me by but all my stuff and passwords and important stuff is on my

old iCloud. How do I get round this please?

If you're signing in and don’t have a trusted device to hand that can display verification codes, you can get a code sent to your trusted phone number via text message or an automated phone call instead. Click Didn't Get a Code on the sign-in screen and choose to send a code to your trusted phone number. You can also get a code directly from Settings on a trusted device. Find out how to get a verification code.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
