Unlock settings so can access some websites

Hi there stupid question however does anyone know how I can unlock my settings as some of the websites become blocked . I tried doing this early and said need a credit card to verify my age. I'm 31 and on pay as you go

Take photo id into the O2 store and they should be able to help you with this
