Unable to add additional number to Family Bolt-on

I am trying to add an additional number (will be 5 numbers in total including owner and new one) to my Family Bolt-on, (via https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/family/manage) however it won't let me as it complains that one of the existing numbers is invalid, but does not tell me why ?

It also asks you to tick the box 'I have read and accept the Usage Agreement' However you cannot read the 'Usage Agreement' as it is a 404 dead link. http://yourfamily.o2.co.uk/familyUsageAgreement

There is also appears to be no way to contact O2 online, if you try the online chat it only allows pay monthly or business customers.

Is there another way to manage the family bolt on ?

@Adino

you need to dial 4445 for payg customer service.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Why do O2 not test their website?

Error 404 on the terms page you need to read to click the agree box, and server error 500 if you try deleting an existing number.
All other numbers have now disappeared after trying to remove the one it complained about, Now have the new number added but unable to re-add the previous ones. Now it gives an error saying can't delete, I am not trying to delete I am trying to add.

Clearly this page has gone live with no testing whatsoever, absolute rubbish.

I can't ever remember it working correctly @O2Emma

Advice has always been to gain assistance from customer service to add or amend numbers.

Thanks @O2Emma. Your help to @Adino  was far quicker than him hanging on the phone for hours to C.S. (which is difficult particularly at this time of year)
