Trying to set up pay as you go problems

I’m a new customer trying to set up my payment details but I can’t get past the details page. I’ve filled everything in and it just hangs there tried logging out and logging in, tried debit and credit card, nothing. Please help

Try using a Private, or Incognito window to do this, @BenjaminW - and log out of the Forum first.
