My wife has recently died and I would like to transfer her credit to my PAYG number. We are both 'Classic' subscribers and MyO2 or the O2 shop in town haven't been able to help.

Sorry for your loss, the best thing to do is speak to Customer Services on 4445 and they should be able to do this for you.

They may ask for a copy of the death certificate, and your late wife's details that she registered with o2.  and there are also some numbers to call here

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/bereavement

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

They will happily transfer it for you but you would probably lose your late wife's number

So sorry for your loss, I also have had to go through this. So much to do and so many people to inform.
