I am attempting to top up my phone, and obviously I have missed something, as the 4444 number is not recognised, and as I am currently living in The Netherlands for a few months, I cannot top up online, as I have a foreign address, the billing section won't accept it. How am I meant to top up my phone?

All ways to top up here Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

Best to use the mobile top up site I guess for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I have specifically mentioned that the top up site does not work for me due to my address - it will not allow for the card billing address details, as it is a foreign postcode that the card is registered to. The 4444 number does not work either. Nowhere nearby sells top up vouchers. I am fast being lumbered with a useless phone.

It's either that or no phone then.
Next time you.go abroad you should buy vouchers before leaving UK.

I've been living here for over a year, using 4444 to top up no problem! I have no idea why that has changed! I'm sorry if I sound stressed, but sick relative to contact, and just didn't need this.

I can't understand what's happened either @Lee1982 I always used 4444 to top up when I was in Spain and on PAYG. It never failed me.

Info on topping up abroad as per O2's info

Call 4444 free from your mobile anywhere in the world. If the country doesn't allow shortcode dialling, enter *111*# and press the call button. Have your debit or credit card handy and follow the instructions. You can also use top-up vouchers abroad. Or top up online using Web top-up.
