Why have I just paid £10 to top up and only have £5 balance?

@Smell - could it be you are on a £5 tariff ('free calls and SMS, but no data?)? The minimum top-up is £10, which will last you for the first and second month before another top-up is needed, as expected.

This happened to me too, the sum is in my child's watch and since we tipped up £10 and only had a £5 balance the watch has been sat in a drawer and now the balance is £3?
