It could be your tariff is no longer available, it might be worth giving Customer Services a call on 4445 just in case its a glitch
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@Shaneice

The only way to renew earlier than your anniversary date is to call O2 on 4445.

They open at 8,00am and the wait times are shorter then.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

As @madasaf1sh said, your only option is to call O2 and 8am in the morning is the best time. I suspect they are closed now.

Other methods of topping up are here Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

Then you will need to contact Customer Services, when you dial 4445, you will need to follow the below

If you call 4445, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Unfortunately Customer Services close at 9pm but reopen at 8am
