Hello, today is the day of renewal of my 15£ rolling plan. I have got 18£ in my balance but it didn’t take from there and it says the automatic top up payment from my card failed. Why did it not renew from the 18£ of my balance ?

You need a card attached for rolling plans.

Credit cannot be used.
