I top up, my minutes were activated, yesterday I received a message that I didn't have enough credit to activate my extra option. I cheked and I have no minutes or credit ... what to do?

Have you any idea what your Extra option might be, @Bianca97? Usually, so long as you have enough credit to cover your bundle cost on the renewal date, all works well. Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)
