Top Up with a voucher help please

I just arrived in UK.

I have a voucher to top up but my English is weak so far.

I called 4444 but I can't understand the instructions to enter the code.

Could someone be so kind to explain to me how to proceed step by step?

Follow this advice please

* Dial 4444 and choose option to top up via voucher.

* You will be asked the following questions:

* The mobile number you wish to top up

* The long number on the voucher

* Once complete you will be informed 'Your top up has been successful'
