Took out PAYG in August. Still in credit as rarely used. Now o2 sending text to say they are trying to collect a payment. Credit card details will be different from when I paid but why do they want to collect money anyway??
Sounds like a different version of a scam being used for pay monthly customers @Trev41
You could call O2 or use live chat as it's back on today. (I've used it)
