Text/call scam

Received a call today to say I had been given 40% discount on bills they sent me a code, obviously not real, have blocked number tried reporting to O2 on 7726 as suggested on website. However text not delivered?
Any suggestions how to report?

Looked at the top two but not the bottom one, will have a look...
Just find it odd that they suggest to text 7726 with details but text doesn’t deliver?

Even though the text is free to send, if you have a zero spend cap, it can prevent the texts from being sent.
