You can only change once per month so unless you call you'll have to wait until your next anniversary date.

You can use your phones data plan.
You need a separate watch data plan which is £5 a month.

Yes it's just a data plan.
There is also an error in my post above, it should read "you can't use your phone tariff," apologies.
