I want to change tariff immediately because my data has expired. It was £10 but I want to change to £20

You can change by texting 21300 and 20DATABB

However it will only change on your anniversary date.

 

So to cover you for now, go to the shop and buy a data Bolt On

To change tariff before your anniversary date, you'll need to call customer service.
