Hi I have an 02 sim card in my alarm system that texts me then rings me if its activated, now i put £10 on it when i got it but that ran out somehow without texting me or ringing me. so i put on another £20 & now its down to £13 without texting or ringing me. Phoning up is useless as the customer service person cannot speak english & I cannot understand them. Who or what is taking my money? I thought it was X amount for a phone call & X amount for a text. So where's my money going? £17 is missing from the £30 I put on. Please help

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

O2 is not the best now that classic PAYG has gone. I think ASDA, Giffgaff and Ip Mobile have offering that might be more suitable

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
