Send code by email instead of sms

I am overseas at the moment. Can you send me a code by email to update my O2 account and top up?

O2 won't send a code via e-mail, @GraC.

And: you do not need to login to your MyO2 or to the O2 web top-up site to top-up - try a different browser or an anonymous or in-private tab in your existing browser:

In case you still have problems, other ways to top-up here: Guide How to Top Up (PAYG) - near the end is a way that uses a third party site to get a top-up, which works well if you are overseas. Good luck!
