SIM card has no service

I am switching to a pay monthly deal from Tesco to 02 which will start tomorrow but now my sim card is saying no service. What can I do ?

Not until your new sim arrives.

It's unusual for your sim to turn off on a Sunday though, so check it is inserted correctly etc.

Which sim is no service, Tesco or O2?

You need to continue to use your Tesco sim until the port has completed, then switch to the O2 sim.

Hi,
thank you for quick reply. The Tesco sim has no service my new 02 sim won’t arrive till tomorrow. I’ve tried cleaning it but still not working also reset network and done manual network selection but to no avail. Is there anything else I can try ?
