Hello, I forgot to turn on roaming before going abroad. I am in Poland, can you turn on roaming for me. My number is xxxxxxxxxxx. I can not make any calls.

@Marek3You just turn on mobile data in your phones settings and that should give you data.

If it still doesn't work then you need to call o2 in case you have a roaming bar on your account.

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
