Want to return my Moto G8 Power Lite for a full refund due to known issues with Android 10 causing the phone to be not fit for purpose but I can't find how to do that.

Link on https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/our-returns-policy to register return takes me to diagnostics, but I just want my money back.

I've had a week of going round on circles and I'm at the end of my tether. I just want to send it back for a refund.

There's no link on the change mind policy to register refund either.

@KatiePotatie

You'll need to call customer service and cancel under the change of mind policy.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Should have known it wouldn't be as easy as registering a return and printing off a label!

Thanks for your help 🤗

It should be, but never is with O2.
