Hi, I’ve bought a pay as you go sim for my father in law’s very basic phone. He’s 84 and never used a phone before but was recently taken to hospital and had no way of contacting his family so I’ve bought the most basic phone as he’ll never send texts. I want to top up his sim remotely without troubling him. But 02 want to send a text to confirm the number. He won’t understand this. I’d like to keep everything my end. Can anyone help?
