Hi, I have a O2 sim card which I had been using when I was in the UK, but obviously it was deactivated for not using it for a long time. I'll get back to UK in a week and I'd like to use my old number. I already have the SIM card. Is it possible to reactivate it?

Thanks.

It would depend on how long it has been deactivated for @UmitC.

Best thing to try is calling customer services.

There are a few different numbers to try in the guide below, as well as tips on how to get through to a person.

Try calling just after 8am UK time as that tends to work best.
