Hello everyone,
Can someone please tell me what kind of
mobile phones the Free Wifi SIM is usuable in.
I ask because I have a simple EE MobiWire Pictor phone
which has internet capabilites, but after installing the
o2 SIM (payg version), I can not see anyway to utilise the
Free Wifi part of the deal.
Any ideas out there?
A Big Thanks if you have,
from
Eve

Not on Eve's phone unfortunately.

Thank you.
I think I understand you.
It kind of defeats the Free Wifi point fo me
doesn't it? Thats a real pity.
At the moment I have a simple PAYG Sim
with £10 top-up on it, to start things off with.
A bundle means monthly payments, am I right?
It was the monthly, regualar things I really didn't
want as I only use it now and again.
If I can connect tomorrow in the store, will it
charge the usual 3p per minute phone cost
for the WiFi do you think?
Thanks again ... really ...

3p is the per minute call charge.
2p per text
1p per mb of data.
Unfortunately, there will be no wifi connection on your phone, at all, ever.

Thanks for that.
I am a bit confused.
How could I connect using my Tariff Data?
Would I have to get a special kind of
SIM from o2?

Thanks Hugel MI5 and pgn
for all your knowledge and ideas
and help.
I get what you mean now, and I will
seek out a different route for a Full
Internet Connection, which is what
I really need.
A Very Big Thanks to you.
Have a nice night and Good Night
to you,

@Eve1275 If you want to be able to use WiFi hotspots when you're out and about, you might want to consider getting an inexpensive smart phone. There are many out there if you search around. You might be able to exchange your current phone at a store like CEX for a phone that probably wouldn't really cost that much more, but might suit your needs a little better. Just something for you to consider.
