Hi

I signed up to 02 as it had a promotion for £5 free credit . Please can you tell me how you receive this £5 as I signed up but it hasn’t gone in my balance

You need to register for a MyO2 account and top up your sim.

Your £5 credit will be added in 7 to 10 days.
