Hello, I'm Sergejus Šarkus

I have an O2 sim card for several years. Number +44 xxxx xxxxxx. I am filling out an account with Pay As You Go. It was 8 pounds there at the moment. I also have a My O2 account:

sergejus sarkus; xxxxxxxxxxx**Personal info**.

However, since April of this year, my O2 sim card has become inactive. I am currently going to Lithuania. Can You tell me what the problems are, because my O2 account also says that the service is not provided to me and I don't have any products or services in this My O2 account.

Thank you.

Call O2. All numbers are in this guide

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Edited to ask you to remove your phone number Top of post>Options.Edit.
