Solved: Plan change

Hello, i have changed my plan to 30 gb from 10 gb. And i paid it. It says it will start at 19 february. But i changed because i need that. I can not start my tariff now. And i topped up my balance but still took money from my credit card

It won't change until your anniversary date unless you ask O2 to bring it forward.
