If I go to a O2 shop and purchase a new O2 Pay As You Go Phone can I still pay by cash?

You should be able to but I'd check with the store first to be certain.

You could go to most places pre 2020 and pay by cash. I know we were working towards a cashless society, although it seems to have come more quickly than anyone expected @DogLover82 slight_frown
