Hello.
I want a basic pay as you go, not one that comes with minutes or texts. It’s for my Nan and grandad and they won’t make use of it.
I want to be able to top up £10 and then top it up when it has no credit left

You will need to look at someone like Tesco or Asda then @Hally124 as o2 only offer bundles now (as do most of the other networks).

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

@Hally124

O2 don't offer that option any longer.

You need to look at Tesco mobile, Giffgaff or 1pMobile for that.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Hally124 O2 don't offer a basic Pay & Go sim any longer. You need to look at Tesco Mobile, who may also be moving away from a basic service, or Giff-Gaff.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
