how to swith to normal PAYG instead of bundle?

Will I lose my credit if I have just top up?

Just contact customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You should be able to get any credit transferred....

You may be able to do it via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2  though speaking to CS would ensure any credit was transferred...

You will lose your bundle and the cost of that but any remaining credit will be retained.
Just login to your MyO2 and change your tariff.
