I have two O2 PAYG iPhones. Both were on Auto Top Up. One is still auto top up. The other phone last "Auto Top Up'd" last January. Since then I have had to manually top up, having almost run out of credit (£0.80) a few days ago. I have phoned 4445 to no avail; said it was a glitch and would put itself right, which it hasn't. I have reported earlier on this site; told they can't do anything on this 'platform'? I have tried to reset/recover auto top up on my iPhone, laptop, iPad and PC. I get the same error message on each. Please tell me who to contact.

Only O2 can fix it so keep trying, sorry.
