I'm on classic pay as you go as my usage is generally very low.  However, my balance has suddenly and dramatically dropped.  I do not keep my mobile data on all the time and rarely make phone calls or send texts; most of my usage is via wi-fi.  This dramatic drop in credit seems to have coincided with my downloading of the NHS Covid app.  Could this be related, or does anyone have any other ideas?

@Pip26

If data is off it won't make any difference what apps you have as they won't be able to use it.

Check to make sure is is really off.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
