Hi all,

I hope you are well!

My auntie has a PAYG SIM and has recently bought a new phone but she needs a nano SIM card (she only has a standard SIM card at the moment). She would like to keep her number.
How can she get a nano SIM card and what process does she need to follow to keep her number?

Many thanks in advance!

@tripleb58 Your auntie's sim card may have perforations to enable her to pop the right size out.

If she can't do that she'll need to call 4445 and request a new sim. She will then have to swap her details to the new one. SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community

My auntie's SIM card is really, really, really old, so no perforations unfortunately, haha.

That's great, thanks a lot for your help/quick response! @Bambino
