Last week Tuesday I sent my phone to O2 for a repair and I was told it would take 3-5 working days to get my phone back. Its almost been a week and I haven't got my phone back or an email from them since I've sent my phone. I was wondering how long does it usually take for a phone to be repaired, obviously I understand in these unusual times it might take longer than usual.
A week to ten days should be acceptable but you should be informed as and when there is an update
