I have just discovered that an unused Virgin Media sim card has transferred to O2 and has been moved onto a monthly charge without my agreement.

Can you please cancel this immediately and return my money as this is just fraud unless you can send me details of where I signed up for this.

You would have had an email from Virgin Media, saying that your account was been moved to o2, and the charge from o2 would be covered by a credit from Virgin Media

Did you sign up for an OOmmph Plan with Virgin, as this is the only way you would have got the free sim card, to which you would have setup a Direct Debit for as well... And although you didnt use it, it was still active in Virgin's System..

I would call Virgin on 0345 454 1111 and make sure you are getting the credit..

No fraud has been committed by o2 at all, and you wont be refunded, as its your responsibility to cancel it once your VM minimum term expired.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
