I have for many years run four O2 phones, both PAYG and PAYM together. One broke recently and was last used on 12th January until fixed today. Today I've tried to call it - number does not exist and it's gone from my online account, yet there was quite a lot of credit still available. Online chat refused to help saying it was PAYG, so how do I get O2 to turn it back on?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
