No signal

Just bought a 02 pay as you go sim It's showing that I've got signal on my phone but when I try and make a call it doesn't connect or ring 

It worked once but that's it 

Can somebody help me please

PAYG  sims will still show a signal even without activation credit.

Sounds like either a faulty sim or phone or the sim isn't inserted correctly.

Try removing and reinserting your sim @Jamie29
