I have poor signal on my Samsung a20e.
For the last few days I have had a H letter where my 4G usually sits.
I have reset my network setings twice.
I have followed trouble shooting guides. I now have one bar signal and still says H. I also have no data flow. Can somebody please assist as I cannot get through to anyone at o2.

I have done all this.
The frustrating part of it is that there is no way to actually speak to anyone at o2 about this.
Website yesterday said there was a mast down near me. Now the website says it's fixed. So why has my signal dipped to a non-existent point.

Try rebooting again now if the mast has been fixed @Hamlett

I logged the issue with the website.
They sent me a text to say they have picked up on a fault in my area even though they have claimed to fix a mast 3 days ago.
They have since told me that the fault has been fixed but my data is running at the slowest speed ever, if at all. And my reception to make calls has dipped significantly.
What can I do?
