If it’s still faulty then you may need to pop into an o2 shop & get a new SIM card.

Hi @Anonymous

We are not customer services and cannot see your account details.

In order for us to advise we need as much info as possible please.

Is the fault a sudden one?

Does it effect other people near you on O2?

Have you changed or upgraded your phone?

etc, etc......

Anything you can tell us will help us to help you and welcome to the forum too Smiley Very Happy

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
