NEW SIM Card inserted, (NO money on Mobile, since December 2015), STILL failing to Register after 14 days +. Telephoned O2 and went round in circles because AUTO Answer did not recognise my Mobile number, even though they sent me a new SIM Card at the beginning of August!

". Tried on-line. Problem NOT COVERED! Please help, I'm dizzy!

Kind regards,

Clive.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Or call on any numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Many thanks MI5. I am 78 and have no wish to use Facebook, Twitter (for Twits, surely?) nor Instagram. I like to keep life simple. Auto telephone systems and on-line solutions just frustrate me, (and many other people), as you probably know already. So I'll phone their Morpeth SHOP and hope they're on the ball. Many thanks, RTTL2753.
