I currently have a Moto phone (my own purchase) which I do not find easy to use. With the benefit of hind sight not a good buy

I am expecting for Christmas a new IPhone SE.  I am happy to stay with O2 on there Pay as you go Tariff. However, being of a certain age I'am not sure how to change from one phone to the other.  Is it just a question of moving the SIM card from one phone to the other or is there more that needs to be done.

Confused OAP

@Seb3

For PAYG just swap your sim to the new phone.

Nothing else needs doing.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
