I pay £10 per month but for some reason I think I am on pay as you go. Because of this I have not received a message telling me that I can have unlimited free calls to standard numbers until 30th April. If I already get a set allowance of calls, text and data every month for my £10 why is this classed as pay as you go. My husband has a set allowance for his phone from you for less money than I pay so I don't understand why he has got these free  call and I haven't. Can anyone explain this please?

Hi @Norm1

If you are on the £10 big bundle this should come with unlimited minutes already. If not please see the link to the help and support page and it will tell you how to switch to the big bundle package. https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

Hope this helps
