Hi,

 

I live abroad but have an o2 sim that I use to keep my UK number. However it seems to have been deactivated as when I put it into my phone there is no service. This has happened before. Please can it be reactivated?

We can't do it from here as we are customers only now

It will have been deactivated for none use or not being topped up in the requist time. You need to make a chargeable call at least once every 6 months
