Been having no signal issues for a long time around my address location. Network status check says that there is a mast not working local to my post code area ME10 1TW. It's been like this for a long time and repair date keeps having goal post moved. Is there an email address for o2 to make raise complaint.

@Ibbotson1

You can try complaintreviewservice@o2.com , however depending on the fault to the mast, is why it takes a while to put back into service, depending on parts availability etc hence the date keeps moving, and in some instances it is easier to remove from service, as o2 do not guarantee 100% coverage or 100% Service Availability..

Also if on Pay Monthly, have a look at enabling WiFi Calling

You may also want to remove your Post Code, as it can pin point your address to a few houses.

Also have a look at these guides

Keep reporting it with the My Network app @Ibbotson1

If you want to make a complaint, then follow one of the links below (Resolver tends to get a good result, either directly or through o2):

I sent email complaint to complaintreviewservices but have received no reply which is disappointing but not surprising. I note today that the goalpost to repair mast has been moved yet again.

According to O2 they are having to negotiate access with the landlord.

It is not unknown for landlords to hold out wanting a bigger rental payment

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Looking at where that mast is, basically in someone's back yard, I have a feeling someone wants it gone, or a big uplift in rent for it been in there garden...

Cant see it been resolved for a while...
