Live chat is still intermittent but if you hang around the shop pages, it may show up.

You'll need to pass another credit check to add an account but if that's all OK, it won't be a problem. 
You can apply online but may be easier to go in store.

Hi, tcaunt1995,
There are three ways of doing this. The easiest ( if you can do this ) is to go into an o2 shop and add another line to your contract. Alternatively, you can take out a new contract via your myo2, but you have to set up a new email address for the new account to do this, and then 'bring in other products' to link the accounts, and finally, ring customer services via 202 from you handset and get them to add a new line for you.
