I read that on the first time of registering I would get a free £5 added to my Pay as You go account. This has not been done. How do I apply for this please? I am a new subscriber to 02.

It's usually 48-72 hours after registering on My O2 @PB2

Restart after using my allowance

Close account

Inheriting account/phonenumber from parent

Money taken yet phone not topped up!
