Hi I can’t seem to find help with Pay as you go direct debits that are just accruing financial credit. I pay £15 a month by direct debit to pay my £15 bundle but I am actually £30 in credit after this months is taken. I could do with the money! How do I get it back?

@KatMaxie

There are no refunds on PAYG.

You need to cancel your auto top up and use the credit for the next 2 months bundles.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
