I’ve topped up your mobile broadband with the eromg number entered. It’s one digit out. Must have done it wrong at some point and my phones saved  the number incorrectly now I’ve topped it up twice and it’s sitting where I can’t use it, how do I change it to get my money back?

You might not be able to as the credit will have been applied to the number and used.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they might be able to help, buy don't hold much hope.
