I keep getting messages that I have £0.00 on my phone even though I topped up £10.00 yesterday and haven't used one bit of data or any calls.

I see it has gone out in my bank account so where is my money?

Webchat were useless as they say they can do nothing with payg.

4445 etc no human ever answers the phone.

What do I do?

You're probably on a "Big Bundle" tariff, which, unlike a standard pay & go tariff, takes a certain amount (£10 in your case) and gives you a set allowance of minutes, texts and data for the month.

The £10 you topped up with will have immediately been spent on a Big Bundle allowance of minutes, texts and data (I believe this is currently 6GB data with unlimited minutes and texts for £10/month), which is why your balance is £0.00.

When this expires, you'll have to top up another £10 to continue making calls/texts and using the Internet.

Hope this helps.

How bundles work here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
